In keeping with the Smith Ranch Homes concept of independent living and freedom of choice, you may choose when, where and from whom you receive health care. The element of choice is enhanced by health care providers who have chosen to offer their services at or near Smith Ranch Homes.

The Wellness Program Office is located in the Clubhouse and offers a variety of services to keep you healthy and fit:

• Fitness classes and programs
• Aquatic fitness programs
• Lectures covering a variety of health related topics
• Minor first aid and blood pressure check
• Referrals to caregiver agencies
• Regularly scheduled independent Medical Specialists

The Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center:

• Owned and operated by Generations Healthcare
• Skilled nursing facility: 1 mile from Smith Ranch
• Homeowners at Smith Ranch Homes are given priority admission subject to availability
